MEPHITIS will have the following Management Structure
- Steering Committee

Is the decision making body of the Consortium, responsible for any major decision affecting the implementation and success of the project. It is constituted by a member appointed by each partner (WP Leaders or their substitutes)

- Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)

Assist the Project Coordinator and the Steering Committee by:


  • Assuring that the quality of the work performed by the parties is being done in compliance with that proposed in Annex I of the Grant Agreement.

  • Providing an objective view of the project progress.
